Bali-Bowls – Holidays for at home

On social media channels you can currently find pictures of the so-called Bali bowls everywhere. With them you can not only bring back your summer vacation, but also do something good for your body!
If you want to improve your morning routine, you can start the day with yoga before enjoying the bowl.

The best thing about the Bali Bowls is that they are pretty easy and you can prepare them according to your taste. With the endless possibilities of flavours, toppings etc. there are no limits.


Smoothie mass:

A handful of frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
Almond milk (fill up to half of the ingredients)

Mix the ingredients together until a firm, creamy “ice cream mass” is formed. If the mixture is too liquid, simply add more fruit (banana has a firming effect).

Pour the mixture into a muesli bowl and cover with the desired toppings.

oat flakes
chia seed
